作品設計概念：

In this second piece among the two crystal-white elephants in LIULI’s mini-series “Six Tusked Elephant of Universal Light,” a deified creature of light and divinity carries on its back the timeless and heavily symbolic lotus flower.  The inspiration is derived from the ancient scriptures of the Samantabhadra Meditation Sutra, a millennia-old text that teaches the practices of peaceful meditation and repentance.  In this contemporary take on the mythological art of old, LIULI craftsmen elevate the medium of crystal glass to a baroque-like level of detail and exquisiteness. In “An Auspicious and Pure Existence,” the art piece uses symbolism deeply rooted in classic culture to invoke the messages of clarity and a pure existence.
