作品的造型取自知更鳥。美麗的知更鳥因其婉轉的歌聲與漂亮的身形而受到大眾的喜愛。在這個不景氣的世代，希望藉由知更鳥充滿希望的寓意與特性，掃除陰霾，迎來光亮新天地。

知更鳥在外形上，最有特色的，就是那一羽尾翼。作品很好的保留了這個特徵。同時，突破了傳統茶具的器形規範，讓作品看上去充滿了趣味性與現代感。作品給了茶具一種新的青春版的概念；飲茶不再給人老氣橫秋的印象。期許一種時尚，優雅，愜意，知性的，現代飲茶態度。
