作品設計概念：

One of the most revered heroes in East Asian art history is the bodhisattva who sacrificed everything to bring others into the light—Ksitigarbha.  With a nod of the head to classic depictions, LIULI artists ornament the sculpture here with a gold-plated staff and brightly colored halo.  This piece differs, however, in its abstraction which places special emphasis on the feeling of serenity.  The transparent crystal seems wispy, yet substantial; rough, yet smooth; brooding, yet bright.  These elements compose a well-balanced piece that reaches beyond physical composition to a level of philosophy that seems to touch enlightenment.  What results is a contemporary take on traditional art; one that allows the viewer the otherworldly experience of meditating on what peace truly means.
