作品設計概念：

在華人的文化中，孔雀為“文禽”，是文明之鳥，身具「九德」。九德在《逸周書?常訓》中，說是：「忠、信、敬、剛、柔、和、固、貞、順」。意指孔雀：顏貌端正、聲音清澈、行步翔序、知時而行、飲食知節、常念知足、不分散、不淫、知反夏。在世界各地，孔雀也被視作吉祥、善良、美麗、華貴的象徵，在藝術、傳說、文學和宗教上久負盛名。希臘神話中，孔雀象徵著赫拉女神。在中國和日本孔雀被視為優美和才華的體現。它們是神話中「鳳凰」的化身。

This eminent and richly symbolic art piece comes from the collection “An Auspicious Look for a Beautiful World”—a series of designs meant to pay homage to the New Year and invoke sentiments of blessings and good fortune. The peacock encapsulates centuries of Chinese artistic themes, representing benevolence and opulence. In “The Lost Book of Zhou,” the elegant bird is said to be symbolic of these quintessential virtues: Loyalty, trust, respect, strength, gentleness, stability, purity, and fluidity. With these morals in mind, our artists sculpted a glass piece that radiates the warmest golden glow, emanating unquestionable proudness and righteousness in its posture.
