A Drink To Virtue (Set of 4), Sake Glass, Shot Glass (4 Designs)
The Collection: A Drink to Virtue, BarwareDesign Description: In this homage to the sacred and age-long ritual of drinking, four glasses—each unique in their own right—are sculpted with the classic motifs of the “Four Gentlemen.” They are, by classic literature, the anthropomorphic representation of each season of the year—each unique and beautiful in his own right. Winter is represented by the violet plum blossom; autumn by the Chrysanthemum; the summer by bamboo; and the freshness of spring by the delicate orchid. In “A Drink to Virtue,” the seasons are celebrated in the ritual of drinking. All glassware is meticulously crafted from Liuli. Each delicate glass measures 7 cm X 5.1 cm and is ideal for use with baijiu, soju, sake and other similar alcohols. A drink and a laugh, a sip, a taste, embracing elegance and an understated intoxication. |
