LIULI Crystal Art Gallery Sales (Full-time & Part-time)

Job Responsibilities:

• Warmly welcome and serve customers, consistently providing a high-quality in-store experience.

• Maintain and develop customer relationships in a personalized way, utilizing CRM and digital tools.

• Actively participate in cross-selling across departments, maximizing sales opportunities to achieve personal sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).

• Master brand and product knowledge.

• Effectively handle customer complaints, communicating with the manager when necessary.

• Ensure and maintain high standards for the store and visual merchandising, adhering to company operational guidelines and inventory procedures.

• Provide on-the-job training.

• Excellent opportunities for advancement to management positions.

Job Requirements:

• Passionate about relationships and sales.

• Problem-solving skills, curiosity, and an interest in luxury goods, art, and design.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work independently and in a team.

• Fresh graduates are welcome.

• 7 days off per month.
