The Collection: The Year of the Dragon
Design Concept:
•Qi of Auspicious Clouds In Hexagram 1 of the I Ching, the dragon is said to come from the clouds. The reciprocity between dragon and cloud indicates an opportunity of auspiciousness and fortune. •Forge Ahead With Confidence The dragon is positioned with head and tail raised, gazing into the distance. From bearing to movements, it conveys the mythical beast’s sense of compassion, justice and confidence as it moves toward the light. •Fortune In Hand The dragon’s pearl is the dragon’s essence. Of the five heavenly beasts, the dragon symbolizes the East with the pearl representing the sun. With one claw holding onto fortune and the other claw holding onto the dragon’s pearl, the design highlights the dragon’s confidence of holding onto fulfillment. |
