琉璃水月觀音, 身色潔白, 於荷葉上遊戲坐, 觀望輝映在眼下水面的月光倒影, 上著天衣, 纓絡莊嚴, 呈現水定的禪定法相, 思維觀照。

系列中為數不多採用金剛像的觀音坐像。
